Delivery and Shipping Information
Under normal conditions, the delivery of our products is fast and uninterrupted. However, due to a high volume of orders, there may be delays, and the delivery time for in-stock items may extend to 6 to 10 business days. In the case of force majeure or delays from suppliers, Maneks plus d.o.o. reserves the right to extend the delivery timeframe beyond the usual period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
- In-stock products will be delivered within 5 to 30 business days from the final confirmation of your order.
- Out-of-stock products may have a longer delivery time.
If the selected product is in stock at our warehouse, it will be properly packaged and shipped to the recipient, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. If the product is out of stock, the customer will be notified via email after placing the order.
The invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of order placement.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping costs, along with handling charges, will be clearly displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.
Use of Contact Information
If we are unable to deliver the ordered products within the expected timeframe, we will notify you using the contact details provided during the order process.
When the Contract Cannot Be Fulfilled
The seller may exceptionally withdraw from the contract without liability for damages in cases where fulfillment is not possible due to force majeure (e.g., illness, natural disasters, war, etc.). In such cases, the seller is not responsible for damages or delays in fulfilling the contract.
The legal principle of force majeure (vis maior) applies, meaning the seller can be exempt from liability if unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances occur that prevent contract fulfillment, as defined in Article 153 of the Obligations Code (OZ).
