Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution

Maneks plus d.o.o., in accordance with the provisions of relevant legislation, does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer may initiate under the applicable Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 81/15).

As a provider of goods and services, including online sales in Slovenia, Maneks plus d.o.o. publishes an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform in compliance with relevant legislation. The platform is available to consumers at the following link:

This regulation is based on the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 81/15), Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, as well as amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
